The name of this development drove the vision of the design. We created a space full of light, from the most obvious places like the glowing reception desk to the less obvious such as the invisible light sources surrounding and defining areas. The sun appears in similar ways in both the art and the colors of the upholstery that create a warm glow. The challenge here was to make provide the appearance of space and multi-functionality. We took a narrow lobby and made visually enlarged it by creating a built-in seating area.
This facility caters to the homeowners living in the development and has gathering and meeting spaces, a card room, an exercise room, a bar and kitchen, and a massage room. Our scope was interior architecture and design, furniture specification for indoors and out, art and accessories, interior project management.
