Interior Design
The Natomas Charter School moved their PACT (Pursuing Academic Choices Together) into an existing 2-story 30,000 SF building. The project consisted of 22,500 SF of tenant improvement space including a new 2-story lobby, fine finishes, and MEP. The first floor will house the PACT educational spaces while the second floor will house PACT offices. Approximately half of the second floor will eventually become the Natomas Charter business office and/or Virtual Learning Academy.
