This project included 80,000 sf of sitework improvements on the historic campus, just in time for the school’s 150th anniversary. Improvements included: new accessible and community event parking, new pedestrian access and student drop-off, refurbishment of the existing hardcourts and lunch areas, and a completely re-designed courtyard for outdoor learning and community gatherings. As a small rural District, this historic school is central to the local cultural identity and pride, and this importance was considered with every decision from conceptual design through final construction.
