Northern California Fertility Medical Center (NCFMC) relocated its Practice Offices to the first and second floor of an existing building located at 4320 Auburn Blvd., Sacramento, CA.
The Project consisted of a full demolition of the existing interior space on both the first and second levels as well as a new roof, new generator enclosure, modifications to the existing HVAC, and accessibility upgrades.
The goal of the project was to create a soothing interior environment for NCFMC’s clients. The 19,900 sf TI incorporated all new finishes, lighting, furniture, art and custom wayfinding throughout that was thoughtfully selected by a passionate team.
NCFMC’s vision was brought to life by focusing on small but impactful details including copper metallic elements and floral wallpapers. This theme was carried through the entire facility.
